Animees are my whimsical soft sculpture dolls that consist of a creative mix of animal characteristics and human features.

Being an animal lover at heart, as well as a huge fan of baby dolls since early childhood, gave me the inspiration needed to create Ree Peas Animees! I remember my parents chuckling at me when I would come walking downstairs with our pet kitty or pooch dressed up in my baby doll's clothes. Of course my pets may not have thought too highly on the matter, but I was sure proud of myself for the accomplishment! My pet dress ups, most times, were followed by a nice stroll in a baby buggy around the block which usually made amends with my beloved pets.

My momma always told me since I was a little girl that my pets were just animals and not real babies, whelp, now they are both!
