Welcome, and thank you for peeking at my imaginative art world! My heart is so happy to have you here! I’ve put together a short list of facts in hopes to help with questions anyone may have.

· All my creations are handmade, start to finish, by my hands only.

· I am a mixed media artist so the materials I use are limitless and may include, but not limited to, acrylics, sealants, chalks, glues, fabrics, latex, and other chemicals/supplies may be used in the creation of these art pieces.

· My creations are NOT toys and not for young children. They are sold solely as art collectibles.

· Perfection does NOT exist. Art is so wonderfully imperfect.

· We are a pet loving family

· We are a smoke free family

US SHIPPING:

All packages will be shipped with INSURANCE and tracking.

I am NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

If the package is damaged while in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen off your front porch, you can file a claim with the PO. I am not responsible for filing the claim.

I am NOT responsible for any postal worker, from any post office, located in any state or country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All creations will be shipped Priority, insured and declared for the FULL value.

If your package is damaged, lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address/mailbox you will be able to file a claim. Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. I am NOT responsible for delays due to customs.

I am not responsible for any postal worker, from any post office, located in any state or country.

RETURN POLICY:

I do NOT have a return policy, for any reason, even if you change your mind before, during or after your doll is shipped or if your doll is damaged while in your home.
